Codes expire after 30 minutes. Check the spam folder first, then request a new one. If nothing arrives at all, email us with the address you are trying to use.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancellation happens there — in the App Store or Google Play account settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it and confirm when it is done.
